PalaWojtyla (Wojtyla Sports Hall)

The PalaWojtyla is Martina Franca’s main sports arena and one of the key venues for the 20th Mediterranean Games, Taranto 2026. Opened in 2004, it has been completely refurbished with energy efficiency improvements, compliance upgrades and modernisation of the facilities to meet the standards required for international competitions. During the Games, it will host the judo, karate and wrestling competitions, welcoming athletes from across the Mediterranean. Once the event is over, the arena will continue to be a key venue for local sport, hosting events, training sessions and competitions throughout the year.
